Dimas Oky Lubis
Traditional drumming player and teacher in Makassar
- 🇮🇩 Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia
- Our Lady of Peace Music School
- 2012 to 2022
- English, Indonesian, Spanish
I've played traditional drumming from 2012 to 2022, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Dimas: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
