Dilara Rabia Arslan
Professor of civil engineering, Liberty College
- 🇹🇷 İzmir, İzmir, Türkiye
- Liberty College
- 2006 to 2022
- English, Turkish
My subject is civil engineering, and for 16 years I got to share it with undergraduates at Liberty College.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I garden badly but happily.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Dilara
If you wrote a dissertation with me, I probably still have a copy on my shelf.
What gifts mean to Dilara: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
