Dilani Nadeesha Weerasinghe
Geography and physical education teacher, Colombo
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Colombo Boys' School
- 2005 to 2025
- English
Colombo Boys' School was my second home. I taught geography there from 2005 to 2025, mostly primary school children.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I never turned anyone away.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Dilani
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Dilani: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
