Dilani Hasini Abeysekera

Professor of materials science, Dehiwala Institute of Technology

  • 🇱🇰 Dehiwala, Western, Sri Lanka
  • Dehiwala Institute of Technology
  • Since 1983
  • English, Sinhala
My subject is materials science, and for 43 years I get to share it with undergraduates at Dehiwala Institute of Technology. I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I sing in a choir.

More about Dilani

If you wrote a dissertation with me, I probably still have a copy on my shelf.
