Dieter Heinz Winkler
Master of weaving, now teaching apprentices
- 🇩🇪 Dortmund, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
- Dortmund Shop
- Since 1991
- English, German
I've worked in weaving since 1991. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 1,580 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Dieter
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
