Diego Tiago Fonseca
Coached boxing for 43 years in São Paulo
- 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
- São Paulo Brookfield Athletic Club
- Since 1983
- Portuguese, English
I've coached boxing at São Paulo Brookfield Athletic Club since 1983. Most of my players were between 10 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Diego
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

you coached me in 1993. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Kadıköy.
