Baking for 17 years in Campinas
- 🇧🇷 Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil
- Campinas Trades Guild
- Since 2009
- Portuguese
My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 2009 in Campinas and I'm still there most mornings.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Diego
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Diego: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
