Diego R. Carrillo
Farming mentor, Montgomery
- 🇺🇸 Montgomery, Alabama, United States
- Oakwood Association
- 1985 to 2013
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,680 people through Oakwood Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Diego
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
