For 20 years I've run the rowing program at São Paulo Football Club in São Paulo. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Diego
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Diego: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
