Baking, done properly
- 🇲🇽 Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- The Eastgate Workshop
- Since 2014
- Spanish
I've worked in baking since 2014. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 380 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I sing in a choir.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Diego
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
