Diarmuid L. Smith
Dance and fitness coach, Dublin
- 🇮🇪 Dublin, Leinster, Ireland
- Stonebridge Football Club
- 1989 to 2019
- English
I coached dance at Stonebridge Football Club from 1989 to 2019. Most of my players were between 12 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Diarmuid
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Diarmuid: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
