Tiling, done properly

My trade is tiling. I opened my own shop in 1991 in Novosibirsk and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 25 years later for another job.
I'm still learning every day.
What gifts mean to Diana: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
