Helping people break into first-generation students
- 🇷🇴 București, București, Romania

For 25 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Diana
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
