I've been a nurse for 33 years, most of them in palliative care at Elmwood Clinic in Cluj-Napoca. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I fix old bicycles.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
