For 21 years I've run the swimming program at Starlight Athletic Club in Bandung. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Dian
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
