Dian Jihan Hakim
Mentor in recovery and small business
- 🇮🇩 Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia
- Holy Cross Youth Network
- Since 1995
- English, Indonesian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,490 people through Holy Cross Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Dian
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Dian: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
