Dhruv D. Parikh
Master of plumbing, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Old Pune Shop
- 1997 to 2007
- English
I've worked in plumbing from 1997 to 2007. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 430 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 23 years later for another job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Dhruv
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Dhruv: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
