Dhanalakshmi N. Menon
Welding for twelve years in Nagpur
- 🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
- The Nagpur Shop
- Since 2014
- English, Telugu
I've worked in welding since 2014. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 220 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.
More about Dhanalakshmi
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Dhanalakshmi: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
