Dhanalakshmi A. Srinivasan
Blacksmithing for 23 years in Kolkata
- 🇮🇳 Kolkata, West Bengal, India
- Old Kolkata Trades Guild
- Since 2003
- English, Kannada
I've worked in blacksmithing since 2003. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 780 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Dhanalakshmi
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
