Table tennis and fitness coach, Piraeus
- 🇬🇷 Piraeus, Attica, Greece
- Elmwood Youth Club
- 1998 to 2016

For 18 years I ran the table tennis program at Elmwood Youth Club in Piraeus. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

If you played for me, you probably remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.

What gifts mean to Despina: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
