Desmond J. Barrett

Trades mentor, Spanish Town

  • 🇯🇲 Spanish Town, Saint Catherine, Jamaica
  • Brookfield Mentoring Circle
  • 1997 to 2012
  • English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 600 people through Brookfield Mentoring Circle. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
