Derya Şen
Mentor in software and trades
- 🇹🇷 Bornova, İzmir, Türkiye
- Highland Foundation
- Since 1993
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,720 people through Highland Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Derya
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
