Derya Burcu Aydın
Caregiver and nurse, Unity University Hospital
- 🇹🇷 Kadıköy, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Unity University Hospital
- Since 2008
- English
I've been a nurse for 18 years, most of them in intensive care at Unity University Hospital in Kadıköy. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
I've held a lot of hands. I wouldn't change a thing.
More about Derya
I still get cards from families years later. They're pinned to my fridge.
