Derek T. Henry
Mentor in teaching and farming
- 🇬🇧 Manchester, England, United Kingdom
- Manchester Association
- 2017 to 2025
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 190 people through Manchester Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Derek
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

You helped me get my first teaching job in 2019. I still have your notes. Greetings from Pretoria.
