I write travel. My work has appeared in Pioneer Press and a few places that have long since closed.
I write best early in the morning with a pot of tea. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Derek: I'd put a gift toward a research trip.
