I'm a writer in Addis Ababa. Fiction is my first love and memoir is my second.
I write best early in the morning with a pot of tea. I watch every football match going.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

If you've read something of mine, thank you. It means more than you know.
What gifts mean to Dereje: A gift would give me a bit more time to write instead of taking on extra work.
