Baking for 22 years in Dar es Salaam
- 🇹🇿 Dar es Salaam, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
- Phoenix Shop
- Since 2004
- English, Swahili
I've worked in baking since 2004. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 660 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 25 years later for another job.
