For eleven years I've run the rowing program at Nakuru Hillcrest Sports Club in Nakuru. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
I'm still learning every day.
