I taught geography at Gateway Academy in Bronx from 2016 to 2025. Most days I taught Grade 8, and I never once raised my voice.
Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I never once raised my voice.
More about Dennis
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
