Helping people break into first-generation students

For 40 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Dennis
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

You helped me get my first first-generation students job in 2003. I still have your notes. Truly.
