Dennis A. Callahan

31 years teaching geography in Los Angeles

🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
Los Angeles Girls' School
1994 to 2012
English, French

I taught geography at Los Angeles Girls' School in Los Angeles from 1994 to 2012. Most days I taught Year 9, and I answered every email, even at midnight. Over the years I had 680 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

More about Dennis

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Dennis: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
