Denise H. Santiago
Physics and home economics teacher, Birmingham
- 🇬🇧 Birmingham, England, United Kingdom
- 1989 to 2023
- English
Birmingham Academy was my second home. I taught physics there from 1989 to 2023, mostly Grade 4.
Over the years I had 1,770 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Denise
If you were in my Grade 4 class, you probably remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.

What gifts mean to Denise: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
