Denise F. Contreras
Trades mentor, Montréal
- 🇨🇦 Montréal, Quebec, Canada
- Montréal Association
- 2016 to 2025
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 500 people through Montréal Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Denise
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
