Defne Seda Polat
Retired chemistry teacher from Riverside Technical College
- 🇹🇷 Ankara, Ankara, Türkiye
- Riverside Technical College
- 1981 to 1997
- English, Turkish
Riverside Technical College was my second home. I taught chemistry there from 1981 to 1997, mostly teenagers.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Defne
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Defne: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

I failed chemistry twice before you. After you I passed with a B. Thank you. Greetings from Odesa.
