Blacksmithing, done properly
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Istanbul Trades Guild
- Since 2001
- English, Turkish
I've worked in blacksmithing since 2001. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 1,430 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 18 years later for another job.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Defne
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
