Defne Duygu Yıldız
Education lecturer, 2016 to 2025
- 🇹🇷 İzmir, İzmir, Türkiye
- 2016 to 2025
- English
My subject is education, and for nine years I got to share it with undergraduates at İzmir University.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Defne
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
