Deepika Thilini Silva
Volunteer mentor with Colombo Association
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Colombo Association
- 1990 to 2021
- English, Sinhala
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,120 people through Colombo Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
