Deepika Lakshmi Perera
Librarian at Hope Archive
- 🇱🇰 Negombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Hope Archive
- Since 1989
- English, Sinhala
For 37 years I look after the shelves, the card catalog and the regulars at Hope Archive.
I've run the Saturday reading group and the summer reading challenge. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Deepika
If you ever returned a book late to me, you're forgiven.

What gifts mean to Deepika: I'd put a gift toward a reading corner at the nearby school.
