Deepak S. Awasthi
Volunteer mentor with Pune Association
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Pune Association
- 2008 to 2016
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 160 people through Pune Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Deepak
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
