Deepak Kumar
35 years teaching environmental science in Birmingham
- 🇬🇧 Birmingham, England, United Kingdom
- Birmingham Public School
- 2004 to 2012
- English
Birmingham Public School was my second home. I taught environmental science there from 2004 to 2012, mostly the final-year class.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Deepak
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Deepak: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
