Mentor in first-generation students and trades

For 15 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Deepak: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
