Helping people break into finance
- 🇮🇳 Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India
- Tiruchirappalli Community Trust
- 1997 to 2009
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 300 people through Tiruchirappalli Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Deepa
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
