I've been a nurse for 30 years, most of them in emergency care at Willow Creek Health Center in Pune. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I fix old bicycles.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
