For 18 years I have been the economics teacher at Crown Boys' School. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I never raise my voice.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Deepa
If you were in my teenagers class, you probably remember the rainy sports day.
What gifts mean to Deepa: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
