For 15 years I've run the volleyball program at Wollongong Football Club in Wollongong. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
