Jewelry artist in Rochester
- 🇺🇸 Rochester, New York, United States
- Liberty Studio

- English, French
I'm a jewelry artist based in Rochester. I've been making things from 2009 to 2025 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives.
I also teach a weekly class at Liberty Studio, which keeps me honest.
More about Declan
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
What gifts mean to Declan: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
