Declan K. Johnson

Choir director and singer

  • 🇺🇸 Augusta, Georgia, United States
  • Augusta Quartet
  • Since 1982
  • English
I play saxophone and gospel. I started in 1982 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness. My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Declan

I write my first song when I was 21. It was terrible and I still love it.

What gifts mean to Declan: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
