My trade is plumbing. I opened my own shop in 1988 in San Diego and I'm still there most mornings.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I'm learning the guitar.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Declan
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Declan: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
