Martial arts and fitness coach, Kilkenny
- 🇮🇪 Kilkenny, Leinster, Ireland
- Kilkenny Swimming Club

I've coached martial arts at Kilkenny Swimming Club since 1999. Most of my players were between 9 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
More about Declan
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Declan: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

You coached me in 2024. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Quezon City.
