Declan A. Connell
Baking for 23 years in Galway
- 🇮🇪 Galway, Connacht, Ireland
- 1996 to 2019
- English
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Galway, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 21 years later for another job.
More about Declan
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Declan: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
